CColin Wibley
★★★★★Great service, prompt, keeps to his timetable, the work is excellent and he left my house clean and tidy. All for a very reasonable fee. I would always go to LH Electrical first and wholeheartedly recommend them.
JJean Gould
★★★★★Brilliant firm to deal with. Always answer your emails promptly. Come when they say. Always polite and friendly. I could recommend them to anybody.

Common Questions
My EICR has come back unsatisfactory – what now?
You've got 28 days to address any C1 or C2 codes. If we carried out the inspection, we'll quote the remedial work directly and re-issue a clean certificate once it's done. If another contractor did the original report, we can still help – we'll review the findings and price the work.
How often do I need an EICR?
Every five years as standard, or sooner at a change of tenancy if the previous report is close to expiry.
Can you manage inspections across a whole portfolio?
Yes – we regularly coordinate multi-property programmes for landlords and letting agents to keep scheduling and reporting consistent.
